Hair & Skin Doctor (Sales Consultant)

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Hair & Skin Dr Executive to join our dynamic team in the aesthetic and dermatology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, counseling them on hair, skin, and laser treatments, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales. This role blends client consultation, product knowledge, and sales execution to drive clinic revenue and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, and referrals.
• Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into consultations or bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for hair, skin, and laser treatment packages.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (cosmetologist + BDS).
• 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, or beauty & wellness sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of hair, skin, and laser treatments will be an advantage.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling practices.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
