Hair Spa Therapist (Female Only), New Women's Spa in Bin Mahmoud

Key Responsibilities

*Perform professional hair spa treatments, including cleansing, conditioning, and deep treatments.

*Provide relaxing and therapeutic head, neck, and shoulder massages to enhance client experience.

* Perform basic body massage (if required) to support overall spa services.*Hair Cutting & Styling* Provide haircuts, blow-drying, and styling services.

* Suggest and create hairstyles that suit clients’ facial features, personality, and lifestyle.

* Perform coloring services such as highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full color.

* Apply hair treatments including keratin, protein, Botox, and scalp therapies.

* Deliver basic facial treatments (cleansing, massage, masks, and skincare).

Requirements:

* Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.

* Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon, spa, or similar environment.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.

* Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, hairstyles, and product knowledge.

* Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

*Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow salon hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : To be negotiated

Preferred: Philippines and Thailand

Strong salary progression based on performance

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
