Job Description: Female Hair Stylist / Hairdresser

Objective: To provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services to female clients in a luxurious salon environment, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Styling & Cutting: Perform modern and classic haircuts, blow-dries, updos, and styling for events.

Coloring & Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, keratin, protein, and other treatments.

Client Consultation: Assess hair condition and recommend styles, treatments, and products.

Product Knowledge: Promote and use premium haircare products suited to client needs.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstations, and follow salon hygiene protocols.

Customer Service: Build rapport with clients, manage appointments, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on global hair trends, techniques, and fashion-forward styles.

Team Collaboration: Work with makeup artists, nail technicians, and reception staff to deliver a seamless salon experience.

Criteria Details

Gender Female only

Experience Minimum 2–5 years in professional salons; upscale salon experience preferred

Education Diploma or certification in hairdressing/styling from recognized institute

Skills Required Hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, client handling, product knowledge

Language Fluent in Urdu; basic English preferred for upscale clientele

Personality Traits Polished, courteous, confident, fashion-conscious, team-oriented

Work Hours 10 AM – 8 PM (flexible shifts possible); 6 days/week

Location DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Salary Range PKR 00,000–00,000/month (based on experience) + commissions + tips
