Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hairstyling services including cuts, coloring, highlights, blow-dries, treatments, and styling.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, hair type, and desired results.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area in line with salon hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to create a supportive and fun environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Creativity, passion for beauty, and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end salon.
