Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.

• Engage with clients , managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
• Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to store sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of salon activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
• Skills in retail sales and upselling techniques are highly desirable.
• Experience with front desk operations in a salon or similar environment is a plus.
• A valid cosmetology license is required to practice as a Hair Stylist.
