Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as straight razor cutting, hair threading, and application of hair extensions to enhance client experiences.
• Offer additional beauty services such as nail care and eyelash extensions as needed.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and ensuring smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Knowledge of retail math for product sales and inventory management is a plus.
• Proficiency in various hair techniques including straight razor cutting, hair threading, and applying hair extensions.
• Experience with additional beauty services such as nail care and eyelash extensions is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
