Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Deliver expert eyebrow threading services with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Provide a range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skincare procedures to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering strictly to health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and retail sales support to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Barber with a strong portfolio of haircutting and styling skills.
• Certified Esthetician with training in skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures.
• Skilled in eyebrow threading with a keen eye for detail and symmetry.
• Knowledge of nail care services is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Prior experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is advantageous. Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
