<Responsibilities>

• Perform professional hair styling, including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and styling techniques tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Execute barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trims, and traditional haircutting with precision.
• Provide relaxing massage therapy sessions to promote wellness and stress relief for clients.
• Deliver aesthetic treatments including skincare consultations, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following health regulations and salon protocols.
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, offering product recommendations and upselling retail items such as hair care products or skincare essentials.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed—checking in clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management efforts.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and uphold service standards across the team.

<Requirements>

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license; additional certifications in massage therapy or aesthetics are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in hair styling, barbering—including use of straight razors—and aesthetic treatments like eyelash extensions or makeup application.
• Knowledge of hair extensions techniques, color theory, sanitation practices, and retail sales strategies.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform hair threading and nail care services is a plus.
• Store management experience or mentoring skills are advantageous for leadership opportunities.
