Hair Stylist for Ladies

As a Women Hair Care Specialist and Barber, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our female clientele. Your primary duties will include:

- Performing haircuts, styling, and coloring services for women, catering to their unique preferences and needs.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.
- Offering specialized treatments such as hair extensions, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in women's hair care.
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon area and maintaining sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and professional salon environment.
- Assisting clients in selecting and purchasing appropriate hair care products for at-home maintenance.
- Staying updated on industry developments and participating in ongoing training and education opportunities.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Women Hair Care Specialist and Barber, preferably in a reputable salon or spa.
- Strong expertise in women's hairstyles, haircuts, coloring techniques, and treatments.
- Thorough knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend suitable options.
- Excellent understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a salon environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid certification in hairdressing or barbering is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
