Job Title: Hairdresser / HairstylistJob Summary

We are looking for a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hairdresser to provide high-quality hair services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments while delivering an excellent salon experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
• Provide services such as hair cutting, coloring, highlights, blow-drying, styling, and hair treatments
• Perform chemical services including keratin, rebonding, perming, and smoothing treatments (where qualified)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Recommend suitable hair products and after-care advice to clients
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and styles
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
• Support salon operations and teamwork

Requirements & Skills

• Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology
• Proven experience as a hairdresser or hairstylist
• Strong knowledge of hair products, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and professional appearance
• Knowledge of salon hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience

• Hairdressing certification or equivalent qualification required
• Previous salon experience preferred
