Hairdresser (Female) – Ladies Salon

Role overview

82 House of Beauty Salon in Mirdif Hills Avenue, Dubai, is hiring an experienced Hairdresser (female) for a full-time position in a ladies-only environment. Salary starts from 3500 AED per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services: cutting (short, medium, long), styling, blow-dry, curls/waves, hair setting, and updos for occasions.
• Perform color services: full color, highlights, lowlights, balayage, root touch-up, and toning, using appropriate techniques and products.
• Carry out hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, hot oil, and scalp treatments according to client hair condition.
• Consult with clients, understand their needs, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work station; follow proper sterilization and sanitation procedures for tools and equipment.
• Promote and upsell salon services and retail haircare products when suitable, supporting salon revenue and client loyalty.

Requirements

• Female hairdresser with minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a ladies salon, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong skills in ladies’ haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair treatments; ability to work with different hair types.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly attitude.
• High standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and punctuality.
• Ready to work in a full-time role according to UAE salon working hours and salon schedule.
