Hand Embroidery Master.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Hand Embroidery & Pattern Maker to join our garment production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing embroidery patterns, executing high-quality hand embroidery work, creating garment patterns, and collaborating with designers and production teams to ensure products meet design and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge of embroidery techniques, garment construction, and pattern development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop hand embroidery designs based on sketches, artwork, and customer requirements.
  • Execute various hand embroidery techniques, including beadwork, sequins, zari, thread work, appliqué, and embellishments.
  • Develop, draft, and modify garment patterns using manual or CAD methods.
  • Interpret design specifications and convert them into production-ready patterns.
  • Prepare samples and prototypes for approval.
  • Conduct fittings and make pattern adjustments to achieve accurate fit and garment construction.
  • Calculate fabric and material consumption for embroidery and garment production.
  • Collaborate with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain pattern libraries, embroidery samples, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hand embroidery and garment pattern making.
  • Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, fabrics, threads, beads, sequins, and embellishment materials.
  • Ability to create and modify garment patterns accurately.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fitting processes.
  • Experience with pattern-making software (Gerber, Lectra, CAD, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and artistic creativity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Garment Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hand embroidery and pattern making within the fashion or garment industry.
  • Experience in bridal, couture, ethnic wear, luxury fashion, or high-end garment production is preferred.

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong sense of design aesthetics and color coordination.
  • Ability to troubleshoot pattern and embroidery production issues.
  • Knowledge of current fashion and embroidery trends.
  • Commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
