We are looking for an Experienced Handyman/Maintenance worker to undertake, upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. We are a family-owned business for over 100 years. Medical, Dental, and Group Life are company paid for employee only. Other voluntary coverage is optional, and employee paid.
The ideal person will have the following skills:
- Carpentry: Performing tasks like repairing or installing shelves, cabinets, doors, windows, trim work, and other wooden structures.
- Plumbing: Fixing minor leaks, unclogging drains, repairing faucets, installing fixtures, and addressing basic plumbing issues.
- Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, installing outlets, changing switches, and handling simple electrical repairs that don't require a licensed electrician.
- Painting: Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, as well as patching up minor holes or cracks before painting.
- Minor Repairs: Fixing broken appliances, furniture, or other household items, as well as addressing small structural issues.
- Assembly: Putting together furniture, equipment, and other items that require assembly.
- Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of various systems within a property.
- Tiling and Flooring: Repairing or replacing tiles, fixing loose floorboards, and addressing minor flooring issues.
- Gardening and Landscaping: Basic gardening tasks like lawn mowing, trimming, and simple landscaping projects.
- General Handywork: Handling odd jobs that homeowners or property managers might not have the time, tools, or expertise to complete on their own.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Use of ladders as needed
- Excellent Driving Record with current Oklahoma Driver License
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass Drug Test/Background check
- Reports to Construction Supervisor and Property Manager

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
