Hiring: Snagging Engineer / Handover Executive

We are looking for a Snagging Engineer / Handover Executive – Civil with strong experience working directly with a Real Estate Developer.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringProven experience with a Real Estate Developer (mandatory)

Strong experience in snagging, inspections & unit handover

Good knowledge of finishing works & quality standards

Experience coordinating with contractors for snag closure

Ability to manage client walk throughs and final inspections

Strong documentation and reporting

skills Preferred:

High-rise residential project experience
