Hands-On Art Director (Brand & Creative)

About the Role

Darya Dental is seeking a Hands-On Art Director to lead our brand identity and produce all creative assets across print, digital, video, and social media. This role requires a senior-level creative with agency experience who can direct the brand visually while also executing design work themselves.

You will ensure that all creative output aligns with the clinic’s luxury aesthetic and that content, design, and messaging stay consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the clinic’s visual identity and brand guidelines

• Design all printed and digital materials (booklets, brochures, templates, presentations)

• Guide the videographer’s filming and editing to match brand tone and aesthetic

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals and ad creatives

• Oversee social media visuals to ensure brand consistency and quality

• Maintain a premium, clean, modern visual style across all output

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a creative or branding agency

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and high-quality design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience directing visual content and reviewing creative output

• Exceptional attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and organization

• Ability to work hands-on and manage multiple creative projects
