Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to perform general maintenance and minor repair works in commercial facilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of handling multiple maintenance tasks, and committed to ensuring the smooth operation of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform minor repairs to doors, cabinets, locks, hinges, and fixtures.
• Replace water taps, shower hoses, hand showers, water filters, and toilet accessories.
• Repair wash basins and clear blocked drains.
• Replace fused bulbs and perform minor touch-up painting.
• Fix window blinds, clocks, signage, and wall-mounted frames.
• Carry out minor tile repairs and grouting.
• Inspect water levels, booster pumps, and water heaters.
• Move and arrange furniture for office activities and events.
• Set up event equipment, portable signage, and temporary structures.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and address minor maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to perform maintenance-related duties.
