We are seeking a Client Services Specialist as an on-call role. This role will provide timely and proficient assistance in building maintenance tasks as needed. This includes but is not limited to painting, hanging racks, fixing faucets, replacing tiles, coordinating with techs, and various non-license plumbing or electrical work.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Execute various building maintenance tasks promptly and effectively upon request
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings to the Sr. Admin. PM
Perform minor repairs and adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment
Collaborate with the Sr. Admin. PM to prioritize and schedule maintenance projects
Assist in maintaining inventory and supplies related to maintenance activities
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out maintenance tasks
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive Assistant
Other projects as requested
Education & Knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant certifications or training in building maintenance preferred
Skills, Abilities & Experience

Proven experience in general handy work, maintenance, or related field
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks

Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different team
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Maintenance tasks will vary and may involve standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and other physical activities. Work may occur in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, depending on the maintenance needs. Must be able to operate various tools and equipment. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and criminal background checks.
