Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure our property or facilities remain in excellent condition. This role requires practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other household or facility systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Report major repairs or issues to management.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or trades.
• Experience in commercial or residential property maintenance.
