Ultimate Properties is looking for a reliable, skilled handyman in Davenport, IA to help inspect and repair residential properties. We often evaluate homes we may purchase and need someone who can walk through properties and provide clear repair estimates. If we buy the property, you may also be hired to complete the repair work as an independent contractor.

This is a part-time, flexible, on-call role — great for someone who wants steady side work and enjoys working independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect properties
• Provide accurate repair/renovation estimates
• Complete general repair work as needed, such as:
• Painting, drywall, flooring
• Plumbing or electrical (if skilled)
• Exterior repairs, basic maintenance
• Communicate clearly and manage small projects
