Handyman (Full Time) - Vacation Rental Company

Oraklus is a leading Vacation Rental Company, operating luxury homes in Southern California. Our portfolio includes properties such as Hollywood Hills Villas, a fifteen-acre ranch in Malibu, Malibu Beach Houses and various homes in West Hollywood. Each property is unique and designed with the highest attention.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on various vacation rental homes
- Conduct routine inspections in homes to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Utilize Breezeway (Maintenance Task Software) to track and prioritize work orders
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance requests and inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed

Skills:
- Strong handyman skills and experience with home maintenance
- Ability to weld and perform basic carpentry tasks
- Experience with maintenance management software such as Breezeway
- Proficient in reading and understanding English
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with guests
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
