Full-Time Handyman Wanted

We are presently seeking full-time general labor handymen whose intellectual acuity and practical expertise extend across a broad spectrum of residential and commercial remodeling and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess not only a comprehensive working knowledge of diverse trades but also the capacity to navigate complex problem-solving situations with precision and adaptability. Applicants must demonstrate personal reliability through the consistent availability of their own vehicle ,their own basic hand tools the ability to learn quickly, a valid driver’s license, a functioning cell phone, and fundamental computer proficiency for scheduling and communication purposes. This role requires an individual who is both resourceful and versatile, problem solving and capable of executing projects with efficiency, craftsmanship, and professional integrity. Job profit share is available for effective, profit and quality oriented leaders.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
