Handyman / Multi Technician – Holiday Homes

Skyline Serenity is a premium holiday homes company in Dubai managing luxury furnished apartments across prime locations. We are looking for a hands-on Handyman / Multi Technician with balanced experience across FCU air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance, along with driving and operational support to ensure apartments are guest-ready and turned around efficiently between stays.

This is a field-based role supporting multiple properties daily.

Key Responsibilities

1) Air Conditioning (FCU Units) – Basic Servicing

• Clean FCU filters, drain trays, and drain lines

• Perform flushing when required

• Replace thermostats and handle basic troubleshooting

• Identify cooling, leakage, or airflow issues and escalate major faults

2) Plumbing & Sanitary

• Fix leaking taps, mixers, bidets, and pipes

• Clear blocked sinks, drains, floor traps

• Repair/replace toilet flush systems

• Identify leakage and water pressure issues early

3) Electrical

• Replace/repair light fixtures, switches, sockets, and breakers

• Troubleshoot basic electrical faults

• Install appliances, lighting, and small fittings

• Ensure basic safety standards are maintained

4) Painting & Finishing

• Minor painting, wall touch-ups, crack filling

• Silicone sealing in bathrooms and kitchens

• Maintain guest-ready finishes and presentation

5) General Handyman & Preventive Maintenance

• Repair doors, cabinets, furniture, hinges, handles, locks

• Conduct routine preventive inspections

• Proactively report issues before they impact guests

• Support apartment readiness before check-ins

6) Driving & Apartment Turnaround Support

• Drive company vehicle for:

• Transporting cleaners between apartments

• Moving linen, towels, supplies, and inventory

• Laundry pick-up and drop-off

• Support same-day check-out to check-in turnarounds

• Handle urgent operational requirements when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman / Multi Technician

• Strong hands-on capability across:

• FCU basic AC servicing

• Plumbing

• Electrical maintenance

• Painting & finishing

• Experience in hotels / serviced apartments / holiday homes preferred

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Comfortable working across multiple properties (field-based)

• Physically fit, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Basic English communication (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
