Handyman / Multi-Trade Technician

Riverbend Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Trade Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services for residential and commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, values customer service, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of handyman services with a high level of quality and attention to detail
• HVAC Maintenance and install
• Plumbing Maintenance and install
• Electrical Maintenance and install
• Conduct general property maintenance and repairs
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of handyman or multi-trade experience
• Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, collaborative, and positive attitude

Work Schedule & Environment

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some weekend work required
• Flexible, independent work structure with team support
• Positive, collaborative work environment
• Some out of town work required
