Handyman (Part-time)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable PART TIME Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to address various tasks around residential APARTMENTS. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• 2 hours a week to take pictures of the apartment complex and pick up trash, cigarette buds, etc. guaranteed, so we are looking for someone to do 2 hours minimum any work order would be paid hourly as well and we would pay the materials needed.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry work is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
