Lunar Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day facility upkeep and general repair works.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property maintenance, basic repairs, and technical troubleshooting across residential or commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across properties (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Repair doors, locks, handles, fixtures, and minor carpentry works
• Troubleshoot small electrical and plumbing concerns
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities
• Replace faulty equipment, lightbulbs, switches, and fittings
• Maintain tools and ensure proper use of equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to use various hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
