Handyman Subcontractor- St. Petersburg, FL - Pay Per Job ~$1200+/Week

Super Handyman is expanding into St. Petersburg and we’re looking for skilled, reliable Handyman Subcontractors who want steady work without spending money on ads, taking calls all day, or chasing customers for payment.

We generate a high volume of jobs in the St. Pete, Pinellas Park, Largo, Seminole, Gulfport, and South Pasadena areas — and we need quality technicians to take them.

About the Position

This is a 1099 subcontractor role, paid on 50% commission per job. Most techs earn the equivalent of $30–$50+ per hour, depending on speed and skillset.

We handle:

• Marketing
• Customer calls
• Scheduling
• Billing
• Payments
• Repeat customer management

You focus on doing great work and getting paid.

Types of Jobs You’ll Receive

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be strong in several of the following:

• Drywall & ceiling repairs
• Painting & texture work
• Light electrical (outlets, switches, fans)
• Light plumbing (faucets, disposals, toilet repairs)
• Tile repairs & installation
• TV mounting
• Furniture assembly
• Door repairs/installs
• Trim, baseboards, small carpentry
• General home repairs
• Rental property maintenance
• Small punch list jobs

St. Pete homes are older on average, so experience with repairs (vs. just installs) is a big plus.

Requirements

To join our St. Pete team, you must have:

• Tools for general handyman work
• Your own vehicle (truck or SUV preferred)
• Strong communication with customers
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to take before/after photos of each job
• Ability to follow our simple workflow and job check-in/out process
• Experience in handyman work, construction, or home maintenance
