Handyman needed. NON-Union building in Brooklyn.

This is a Non-live-in role. NO apartment.

150-unit luxury building in Brooklyn New York: looking for a HANDYMAN with experience doing maintenance and repairs withing rental units and common areas of the buildings.

Helping tenants as needed.

Acting Handyman / Super for the building.

Must be hands on person.

Albanian speaking a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
