Handyman / Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair and maintenance skills, with the ability to handle tasks related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general repairs. This role is critical in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility/properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance across multiple trades including:
• Electrical (e.g. changing light fixtures, outlets, troubleshooting minor issues)
• Plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)
• Carpentry (e.g. fixing doors, cabinets, drywall repairs)
• Painting and touch-ups
• HVAC support and filter changes
• Install and assemble furniture, appliances, and other fixtures as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work orders efficiently.
• Maintain records of completed work and report recurring issues.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when required.
• Provide emergency/after-hours support as scheduled or needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Handyman / technician: 3 years (Required)
