Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman with experience in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks in Residential Building. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various home improvement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• General home repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Painting and touch-ups.
• Air conditioning maintenance and minor repairs
• Installation and repair of fixtures (light fittings, appliances, etc.)
• Assist with other general handyman tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role in Residential Building.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Experience with air conditioning systems and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must have your own tools
• Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively
• Must speak English.
