Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Handyman to handle general maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building maintenance and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry works
• Repair doors, locks, tiles, ceilings, walls, and fittings
• Carry out basic electrical tasks such as replacing lights, switches, and sockets
• Handle minor plumbing works including leak fixing, tap replacement, and drainage issues
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Building Handyman
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair works
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues independently
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• UAE experience preferred
