We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter/Cabinet Installer to join our team. This role focuses on custom cabinet fabrication, finish carpentry, and residential renovation and installation projects. You will work directly in clients' homes, matching existing materials and craftsmanship while delivering high-quality results. Duties

• Fabricate and install custom upper and lower cabinetry built to client specifications
• Match existing cabinet styles, wood species, stain tones, and finishes as closely as possible
• Install cabinet hardware including hinges, handles, and pulls with precision
• Perform finish carpentry tasks including shimming, leveling, and securing cabinets to walls
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, photograph existing work, and confirm material and finish details
• Assist with countertop selection, measurement, and installation as needed
• Protect work areas during installation and perform thorough cleanup upon completion
• Communicate professionally with clients and project managers throughout the job

Requirements

• Proven experience in custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, or residential renovation
• Strong eye for detail, particularly in color, grain, and finish matching
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read measurements accurately and build to exact spec
• Professional and courteous demeanor when working in occupied homes
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with laminate or solid surface countertop installation is a plus

Pay: $24.08 - $29.00 per hour
