Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct inspections of the premises to identify potential issues or safety hazards proactively.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects as needed to support ongoing facility improvements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and supplies inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance, maintenance person work, or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and basic building repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
