Entry-Level Helper – Remodeling & Handyman Team

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Helper to support our skilled technicians on a wide variety of residential remodeling and home repair projects. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to learn the trades and grow into a full-time career. No formal experience required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a good attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers and technicians on remodeling and repair jobs

• Help load, unload, and organize materials and tools

• Keep the job site clean and safe at all times

• Run tools and supplies to and from the truck

• Learn and support basic tasks such as:

• Holding/setting materials in place

• Measuring, marking, and simple cutting

• Mixing and carrying materials

• Painting prep, sanding, or light demo work

• Follow instructions and safety guidelines carefully

• Show up on time and ready to work each day

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to listen, learn, and take direction

• Reliable transportation to job sites or meet-up locations

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces

• Present yourself in a clean and professional manner

• Drug-free and dependable

• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all seasons

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Familiarity with basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, drill)

• Any experience with construction, landscaping, or similar physical labor

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
