About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, be proactive, and able to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic AC work.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and report any issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and supervisors.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required.
- Install, replace, or repair fixtures, appliances, and basic fittings.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
- Support other facility management tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Technician, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to different client locations if required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification in maintenance, electrical, or plumbing (preferred).
- UAE experience is an advantage.
