About The Job:

A Customer Happiness Consultant is specialized in visa typing. The primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their visa applications. Your role is to ensure customers receive clear guidance, support, and resolutions to their inquiries, fostering a welcoming environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist clients in completing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

2. Understand customers visa-related needs and provide accurate information regarding the typing process.

3. Provide excellent service with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their interactions.

4. Prepares daily accomplishment report.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITITES

1. Meeting or exceeding the set target.

2. Maintaining good relationship with the customers.

3. Deep understanding with the visa process and requirements.

EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 1 - 2 Years working experience with similar role.

· High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.

· Strong communication & typing skills in Arabic and English.

· Familiarity with UAE visa processes and requirements.
