Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance garden beds, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
• Learn various new industry techniques, continued learning of plant and weed identification and proper care
• Monitor irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for healthy plant growth
• Plant and maintain annuls, perennials, trees and shrubs using organic processes
• Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, fertilizing, and harvesting various flora
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces pristine
• Monitor plant health and identify issues related to pests or disease; take appropriate action or escalate as needed
• Support an organic environment by preparing soil, sowing seeds, and managing flora for sustainable growth

Skills

• Ideal candidate with have experience with gardening techniques and horticulture practices
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and landscape maintenance tools
• A natural passion for horticulture and a desire to learn more about landscape management organically
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of growing conditions for various plants
• The ability to interface and communicate with clients and the team in a professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to garden health and aesthetics
• Be able to lift 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and be able to physically manage daily gardening tasks
• Effectively use google drive, work force, and other applications
• Some knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
• Must have a personal vehicle that can get you to and from properties daily
