Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the hard services team, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing technicians.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all hard services systems.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members for problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other facility teams for specialized tasks or projects.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain maintenance reports, records, and documentation of completed work.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and urgent repair requests as needed.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
    • Proven experience in hard services or facilities management operations.
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
    • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
