We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman who is ready to lead a crew, take ownership of project quality, and grow with a company that rewards results. Our structure is flat and meritocratic. People who deliver move up fast.

What you will do

Lead and supervise a hardscape crew across daily field operations. Plan and execute installations including walkways, patios, retaining walls, and natural stone features. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines. Operate equipment including mini excavator and skid steer. Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures. Coordinate with landscape teams on integrated project delivery.

What we are looking for

Proven hands-on experience in hardscape installation, including pavers, natural stone, and retaining wall systems. Strong leadership skills and the ability to run a crew effectively. Solid knowledge of materials, drainage principles, and installation techniques. Proficiency operating a mini excavator and skid steer. Organized, deadline-aware, and physically capable of working outdoors year-round. A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation and relocation

Pay is $30.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time, year-round position. We keep our crews working through winter with snow removal and weather-permitting construction work. Candidates relocating to the Minocqua / Northwoods area are eligible for up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement upon proof of expense, paid in two installments: $2,500 on your second week and $2,500 at 90 days of employment.

Interviews

Qualified candidates will be invited to a brief video screening followed by an in-person interview. In-person interviews are held weekdays between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
