The Hardscape Install Crew Member helps bring outdoor living spaces to life by installing patios, retaining walls, and other structural landscape features. Working alongside a skilled team and under the direction of the Production Manager, this role focuses on delivering projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and safety. The position includes hands-on physical work, equipment operation, and strong teamwork in the field.

What You’ll Do:

Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features.
Safely operate equipment and power tools related to hardscape construction.
Perform site preparation and cleanup.
Ensure projects are completed according to plan and schedule.
Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist with material handling and loading/unloading of supplies.
Support team members and work collaboratively to meet daily goals.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

You have experience in hardscape installation, masonry or construction
You are a dependable and self-motivated team player
You have attention to detail and enjoy seeing results
You’re comfortable working in all weather conditions
You have a willingness to learn and grow, training is provided!
Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in hardscaping.

Physical Requirements:

Lift/push 50–75 pounds regularly and move up to 100 pounds, as needed
Stand, bend, climb, kneel and move for most of your workday
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Safely operate power tools and mowing equipment
