Position: Hardscape Installation Supervisor with Truck/Trailer/ Skid Loader Experience
Overview :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Installation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscaping and project management along with a proficiency in operating trucks and trailers. The role involves working outdoors to enhance various hardscape installation and transporting equipment and materials as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily flow of jobs.
- Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with the Contract
- Gather/prepare materials, load truck for the day’s task.
- Operate running equipment, skid steer, bobcats, rototillers, etc.
- Implement hardscape elements such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls.
- Contribute to the installation of hardscape materials.
- Ensure safety of crew and equipment operation
- Clean and care for equipment.
- Must be able to speak to clients and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Use shovels, rakes, and other hand tools.
- Must be able to read and interpret plans.
- Problem Solving: Address construction-related challenges promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with the project team, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Manage and maintain the paver yard.
- Ensure job site is cleaned after completion
- Any other duties assigned.
Truck, Trailer, Skid Loader Operation:
- Safely operate trucks, trailers and Skid loader to transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites and around the yard.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles and trailers to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while driving and operating equipment.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary, as driving a truck with a trailer is a requirement of the position.
- Reliable transportation to and from the company designated location.
- Punctual & Dependable.
- Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday. Possible weekend work.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
