Hardscape Laborer – Xavier Landscapes and Designs

Location: Pocono Pines, PA

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part-time / Seasonal (Spring–Fall)

Xavier Landscapes and Designs is a quality-driven landscape and snow management company located in Pocono Pines, PA. We specialize in landscape design, hardscape installation, and property maintenance for a wide range of residential and commercial clients.

We are currently seeking experienced Hardscape Laborers to join our construction team for the upcoming season. This role involves working alongside skilled team members to build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, walkways, walls, etc.)
• Skilled in operating equipment: skid steers, mini excavators, compact loaders
• Ability to drive truck and trailer combinations
• Read and interpret plans/blueprints
• Maintain a professional appearance and good communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a drug test if requested

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural stone work
• Understanding of base preparation, grading, and drainage
• Familiarity with low-voltage lighting is a plus
• Knowledge of landscape tools and construction methods
