We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman for landscape and hardscape, to lead and oversee installation and construction of high-quality hardscape features and landscape projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all hardscape elements—such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and custom masonry—are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape or hardscape crews to ensure timely and accurate installation of features like concrete paving, masonry walls, stonework, and decorative elements..
• Manage on-site safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during construction activities.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation skills, to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress by tracking materials and labor hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on landscape hardscape projects; familiarity with construction site experience is essential..
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining safety standards..

Ideally we are looking for someone that can install hardscape walls, pavers, and landscape correctly. Has an eye for detail and can lead a team.

Pay: $24.82 - $29.89 per hour
