We’re a growing landscaping and outdoor living company located in Shawnee Hills, Ohio looking for a dependable, hard-working Hardscaper to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in craftsmanship, and creating patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Install patios, pavers, retaining walls, fire pits, and walkways
• Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely
• Prepare job sites, grading, excavation, and base installation
• Read layout plans and follow project specifications
• Work efficiently as part of a crew in outdoor conditions
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in hardscaping.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Experience with skid steers, compact equipment, or concrete work is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred
