Hardscape Laborer / Landscaper (Retaining Walls & Outdoor Projects)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking laborer to join our crew, primarily focused on hardscaping and retaining wall construction. This is not just basic lawn care—most of our work involves building walls, prepping base, moving material, and finishing outdoor projects the right way.

If you’re someone who can work hard, show up on time, and wants steady work, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building retaining walls (block, CMU, etc.)
• Site prep: digging, grading, leveling, and base work
• Hauling and moving materials (block, gravel, sand, etc.)
• Operating tools and equipment (cutoff saws, compactors, skid steers is a plus)
• General job site cleanup and organization
• Follow directions and maintain quality workmanship

Requirements:

• Experience in hardscaping or construction preferred (retaining walls is a big plus)
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor daily
• Must be reliable and show up consistently
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license and transportation preferred
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
