Hardscape & Landscape Installer

Green Mountain Landscaping is a growing company based in Nampa, ID known for quality hardscape and landscape work. We're hiring a reliable, experienced installer who takes pride in doing clean, professional work and wants to grow with a company long-term — not just fill a seat.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing pavers, retaining walls, stone pathways, and hardscape features
• Base prep, leveling, compaction, cutting, and cleanup
• Supporting irrigation installs, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Planting, mulching, rock install, pruning, and landscape bed work
• Operating landscaping equipment safely
• Working alongside our crew lead to complete jobs to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years minimum hardscape experience (pavers and/or retaining walls required)
• Irrigation experience is a strong plus
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Nampa
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Strong work ethic — shows up and gets the job done right
• Valid driver's license a plus (not required)

McCall & Donnelly Work — All Expenses Covered: Roughly 2 months per season includes work weeks up in McCall/Donnelly. We cover lodging, breakfast, and dinner during those weeks — you keep your full pay while your living expenses are on us.
