Hardscape & Landscape Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape & Landscape Installer or Crew Lead to join our dynamic landscape team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and visually appealing outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and tree/plant material. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional and beautiful environments that meet our clients’ visions.

Responsibilities

• Install various hardscape features such as pavers, stonework.
• Operate equipment safely for excavation, grading, or material transportation as needed
• Conduct inspections during construction to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Experience

• Proven experience in hardscape paver and wall installation and landscape plant material within construction sites is preferred. Landscape/plant material as well.
• Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating procedures is advantageous.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., trowels, chisels), power tools (e.g., saws, drills), and equipment operation

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
