Job Summary:
Stonewood Builders is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hardscaper to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living spaces and are looking for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and delivering premium results. This role involves the installation of custom hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install high-end hardscape features including paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and base installation
• Read and execute project plans, layouts, and specifications with precision
• Cut and place materials such as natural stone, brick, and concrete pavers
• Ensure proper drainage, compaction, and structural integrity of all installations
• Operate tools and equipment including saws, compactors, and skid steers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Represent Stonewood Builders professionally on job sites

Qualifications:

• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods)
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
