Hardware Design Engineer

We’re Hiring: Hardware Design Engineer (Islamabad, Onsite)

Oxeltech is looking for a theoretically solid Hardware Design Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. This is a great opportunity to work on the development of innovative products in wearables, medtech, and IoT with a team that values learning and long-term growth.

What you’ll do:

• Understand product requirements and convert them into optimized circuits.
• Read and interpret datasheets carefully.
• Design and simulate analog and digital circuits.
• Select components based on constraints like features support, power, cost, and size.
• PCB layout (schematic design is required; layout experience is a plus).
• Test and validate designs at the lab bench.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding of core electronic concepts: Ohm’s Law, KVL/KCL, op-amp operation, impedance, filters, etc.
• Familiarity with circuit analysis, simulation tools, and hardware debugging.
• Willingness to dive deep into datasheets and make careful design tradeoffs.
• Attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in EE or related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PCB layout (Altium, KiCAD, etc.).
• Exposure to EMC/ESD design considerations.
• Side projects or practical electronics experience.
