Job Title: Hardware Design Engineer – Embedded Systems
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in embedded systems and power electronics. This role involves the complete hardware design cycle — from circuit design and microcontroller integration to testing and compliance. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in SMPS, microcontrollers, digital/mixed-signal circuits, and EMI/EMC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SMPS, DC/DC converters, and LDOs
• Develop embedded hardware using AVR, PIC, and ARM Cortex microcontrollers
• Implement communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI
• Ensure hardware designs meet EMI/EMC compliance standards
• Create schematics and bills of materials (BOM) using ECAD tools
• Test and debug electronic circuits using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Work on capacitive touch sensor integration when applicable

Required Technical Skills:

• SMPS, DC/DC converters, LDOs
• Embedded C programming
• AVR, PIC, and ARM Cortex MCU architectures
• UART, I2C, SPI protocol implementation
• EMI/EMC standards and compliance techniques
• ECAD software (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc.)
• Circuit debugging and testing tools
• Capacitive touch sensor design
• Arduino (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in:

• Embedded C development
• Hardware design and testing
• Arduino-based hardware development
