We are seeking a dependable and experienced Hardware & Maintenance Shop Assistant to support our daily operations.

Salary: AED2,000- AED4,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with hardware and maintenance-related products and services
- Prepare and process quotations accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing, pricing, and delivery of materials
- Handle purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and maintain inventory records
- Support costing and budgeting for projects and shop requirements
- Maintain organized documentation for orders, suppliers, and transactions
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-arranged, and properly stocked
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers when needed
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and on-site work when required (hands-on experience is a strong advantage)
Qualifications:
- Experience in hardware, building materials, or maintenance-related services
- Knowledge of quotations, supplier coordination, purchasing, and order processing
- Familiar with costing, budgeting, and inventory control
- Practical understanding of tools, materials, and basic repair/maintenance work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and documentation)
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, or technical work
- Ability to assist technicians or perform small repair tasks when needed
- Experience working with contractors or project-based supply
